TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK DAY TRIP
Tarangire is the sixth-largest national park in Tanzania, covering approximately 2,850 square kilometers (1,100 square miles). The park is named after the Tarangire River, the main permanent water source that attracts large numbers of wildlife during the dry season. Each year, thousands of zebras, wildebeest, and other animals migrate into the park in search of water and grazing, creating spectacular wildlife viewing opportunities.
